1. Choose the “Other Provider” optionYou can connect almost any email address up to Replybutton by adding an SMTP mail account.
2. Enter your credentials
SMTP HOST AND PORT
To tell Replybutton how to connect to your email provider, look for the “SMTP” host and port information as laid out by your email provider.
EMAIL ADDRESS AND PASSWORD
Just enter the email address you’re connecting with and your password
Tell Replybutton what email address you will be sending from. Whichever email address you enter must be allowed by your email provider, otherwise you may have errors during sending or your emails may wind up in spam.
ADD YOUR ACCOUNT
After entering you credentials, click “Test Connection” button. If all the credentials are connect, Replybutton can connect to your account and you will see the “Add Account” button. Just click the button and add your account. If you get a ‘Could not connect to SMTP host’ error message, please check your credentials again.
3. Send a test campaign
After you’ve added your mail account, we strongly recommend you to send a test campaign. Create a campaign where you send to a few different email addresses.
