I'm having a problem connecting my Outlook or Office 365 mail accounts

The following 2 scenarios we have helped customers with when setting up various Outlook mail accounts:

  • You may see an error or just a lack of sending when you first set up your account. Outlook may send you an email asking you to verify your sending.
  • You may have logged in with a different account in your browser. Please log out from all your Outlook accounts before connecting your email to Replybutton.
